Reservation confirmation
To confirm the reservation we require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to arrival, or payment of the full balance if the arrival date is within 10 weeks.

There is a luggage room with shower that can be used in case of early arrival or late departure.
If you would like to add a late check out (until 12:00) or early check in (from 13:30) to your booking, this is subject to availability at a fee of €20 and will need to be added in advance by emailing us at info@lacdemontriond.com or call +33(0)603568505.

Breakfast
From 08:00 until 10:00 you can enjoy a buffet breakfast that includes cereals, overnight oats, freshly baked croissants and pain au chocolat, eggs, local hams and cheeses, yoghurt, bread, jams, Nutella, juices, tea and fresh coffee.

Housekeeping
We offer a daily refresh of the rooms. If you would like your towel to be changed, please request this at reception.

Tourist tax
The local tourist tax is €1 per guest per night, which is added to the room rate. 

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside our building, including bedrooms. Smoking is permitted on the outside terrace and ash trays are provided. Any guest found smoking within the building will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will not be offered a refund. 

Dogs
No dogs are allowed in any of the hotel rooms. 

Rates
The standard rate is non refundable and non amendable.
The fully flexible rate is refundable and amendable up to two weeks prior to arrival. After this date, the reservation can only be amended for a fee of 2.5% of the original reservation.
