Reservation confirmation
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 40 days prior to the arrival date, or in full at the time of booking if the reservation is made less than 40 days before your arrival date. The remaining balance will be debited from the same card 40 days prior to arrival. If you wish to pay by a different method, you must inform us in writing prior to the balance being due.

Reception hours
The welcome desk is open from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm. If you expect to arrive after 8:00 pm, please let us know in advance and we’ll arrange self check-in instructions.

Check out: by 10:00 am

If you would like to add a late check out (until 12:00) or early check in (from 13:30) to your booking, this is subject to availability at a fee of €20 and will need to be added in advance by emailing us at info@lacdemontriond.com or call +33(0)603568505.

Breakfast
Breakfast is included in all of our rates. From 08:00 until 10:00 you can enjoy a buffet breakfast that includes cereals, overnight oats, freshly baked croissants and pain au chocolat, eggs, local hams and cheeses, yoghurt, bread, jams, Nutella, juices, tea and fresh coffee.

Housekeeping
Rooms are serviced daily. In support of our environmental initiatives and to help reduce water and energy consumption, we invite our guests to reuse their towels and bed linens whenever possible. If you would like fresh towels or sheets, please inform the reception or leave the used items on the floor.

Tourist tax
The local tourist tax is €1 per guest per night, which is added to the room rate. 

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside our building, including bedrooms. Smoking is permitted on the outside terrace and ash trays are provided. Any guest found smoking within the building will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will not be offered a refund. 

Dogs
No dogs are allowed in any of the hotel rooms. 

Accessibility: Our property is not fully accessible to guests with reduced mobility. Access to the rooms is only via stairs, and the hotel does not have an elevator.
